Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces
preliminary Group figures for the first nine months of the fiscal year
2010/2011 (1/4/2010-31/12/2010):
- Sales revenue: EUR 15.7 million (EUR 15.9 million in the first nine
months of the fiscal year 2009/2010)
- EBITDA: EUR 0.7 million (EUR 2.0 million in the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2009/2010)
- EBIT: EUR -0.3 million (EUR 0.9 million in the first nine months of the
fiscal year 2009/2010)
- Cash flow from operating activities: EUR -2.0 million (EUR -0.7 million
in the first nine months of the fiscal year 2009/2010)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 12.8 million as of 31 December 2010 (EUR
16.0 million as of 31 December 2009)

Sales revenues amounted to EUR 5.5 million during the third quarter
(1/10/2010-31/12/2010) of the fiscal year 2010/2011 (EUR 5.6 million in the
same period of the previous year). The EBIT of the third quarter amounted
to EUR -0.1 million (EUR 0.3 million in the same period of the previous
year).
