fiscal year 2011/2012

Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces
preliminary Group figures for the first three months of the fiscal year
2011/2012 (1/4/2011-30/6/2011):
- Sales revenue: EUR 5.5 million (EUR 5.3 million in the first three months
of the fiscal year 2010/2011)
- EBITDA: EUR 0.2 million (EUR 0.4 million in the first three months of the
fiscal year 2010/2011)
- EBIT: EUR -0.2 million (EUR 0.02 million in the first three months of the
fiscal year 2010/2011)
- Cash flows from operating activities: EUR 2.8 million (EUR -0.4 million
in the first three months of the fiscal year 2010/2011)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 15.1 million as of 30 June 2011 (EUR 16.5
