Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces
preliminary Group figures for the first half of the fiscal year 2010/2011
(1/4/2010-30/9/2010):

• Sales revenue: EUR 10.2 million (EUR 10.3 million in the first half of
  the fiscal year 2009/2010)
• EBITDA: EUR 0.5 million (EUR 1.3 million in the first half of the fiscal
  year 2009/2010)
• EBIT: EUR -0.2 million (EUR 0.6 million in the first half of the fiscal
  year 2009/2010)
• Cash flows from operating activities: EUR -1.5 million (EUR -2.2 million
  in the first half of the fiscal year 2009/2010)
• Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 13.8 million as of 30 September 2010 (EUR
  14.7 million as of 30 September 2009)

Sales revenues amounted to EUR 5.0 million during the second quarter
(1/7/2010-30/9/2010) of the fiscal year 2010/2011 (EUR 5.2 million in the
same period of the previous year). The EBIT of the second quarter amounted
to EUR -0.3 million (EUR 0.5 million in the same period of the previous
year).
