FAB-FORM RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR – BRUCE CLARK

Delta, B.C. (10 December 2020) – Fab-Form Industries Ltd. (TSX Venture: FBF) is hereby notifies its shareholders and the public that Mr. Bruce Clark, a Non-Executive Independent Director, has tendered his resignation from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective December 31,2020. Mr. Clark’s resignation has been accepted by the Chairman of the Board.
