FAB-FORM APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR NIGEL PROTTER

Delta, B.C. (10 December 2020) – Fab-Form Industries Ltd. (TSX Venture: FBF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nigel Protter to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective January 01,2021.

Mr. Protter’s areas of expertise are renewable energy and efficiency including renewable power project development, technology product development through research, demonstration, prototyping, commercialization, testing, and production. He also has experience in intellectual property management, finance including private placements and grants,

industrial partnerships, marketing, government and investor relations, permitting, regulation, operations, and governance. Mr. Potter is currently serving as the Principal of Shape Energy Inc.

Mr. Protter’s education:

  • 2000-2002 – MBA, Management of Technology, Innovation, market forces, and climate change impacts on regulated BC electricity market, Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.

  • 1983-1987 – BA, Simon Fraser University

  • Licenses and certification from Natural Resources Canada, Canadian Association of Management Consultants, Canadian Home Builders' Association, HRAI (heating, refrigeration, air conditioning Institute), Transport Canada, and British Columbia Institute of Technology

Mr. Protter will assist the board in making sound business decisions and in mitigating corporate risk.

Mr. Protter’s appointment occurs at the same time as Bruce Clark’s retirement, therefore the number of board members remains at four.
