CHANGES IN THE AMOUNT OF F-SECURE'S TREASURY SHARE

F-SECURE CORPORATION, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE AUGUST 22, 2014 12:00 (EET)

According to the F-Secure Corporation's AGM decision on April 3, 2014 40% of the compensation to the board members will be paid as F-Secure shares.

F-Secure Corporation has on August 22 transferred a total of 9,325 shares to Board members.

After the conveyance F-Secure Corporation holds a total of 3,017,773 its own shares.
