Şirketimizin 200.000.000,-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 190.000.000 TL'si dönem karından, 167.000.000 TL'si sermaye düzeltmesi olumlu farklarından, 54.000.000 TL'si hisse senedi ihraç primlerinden ve 89.000.000 TL'si geçmiş yıl karlarından karşılanmak suretiyle, 500.000.000,-TL artırılarak 700.000.000,-TL'ye çıkarılmasına ve gerekli izinlerin alınması amacıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ve ilgili diğer mercilere gerekli başvuruların yapılmasına karar vermiştir.
