Dividend Rate Table Explanations

1. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II, No: 14.1 Sayılı Tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 2023 yılında oluşan 242.499.674 TL dönem karının;

a. 9.430.001,69 TL'sinin birinci tertip yasal yedek olarak ayrılmasına,

b. 23.759.388,43 TL'sinin 30 Eylül 2024 ve 31 Ekim 2024 tarihlerinde 2 eşit taksitte ödenmek üzere nakit karpayı olarak pay sahiplerine dağıtılması

ve dağıtılacak kar tutarının dağıtım tarihlerini koşullara uygun şekilde değiştirme yetkisinin Yönetim Kurulu'na verilmesine,

c. 190.000.000 TL'sinin sermayeye ilave edilerek bedelsiz hisse senedi olarak pay sahiplerine dağıtılmasına,

d. 1.375.938,84 TL'sinin ikinci tertip yasal yedek olarak ayrılmasnaı,

e. Bakiye 17.934.345,04 TL'sinin olağanüstü yedek olarak ayrılmasına,
