will be resigning as a Director of Exxon Mobil Corporation effective December
31, 2017 as a result of her appointment as Executive Director of UNICEF
effective January 1, 2018. ExxonMobil thanks Ms. Fore for her service as a
Director of the Corporation and wishes her well in her new position. |
