D.D. Humphreys, senior vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation, will retire from the Corporation effective February 1, 2013. In anticipation of his retirement, on November 28, 2012, Mr. Humphreys resigned as senior vice president and principal financial officer, effective December 31, 2012.

(c)

Also on November 28, 2012, the Board of Directors designated A.P. Swiger, senior vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation, as principal financial officer to succeed Mr. Humphreys, effective January 1, 2013.
