As of May 10, 2021 and following this transaction, DKMFPL directly owns 3,121,251 shares of Common Stock. DKMFPL is controlled by the reporting person, in his capacity as its general partner and trustee of its other general partner, Donald Keith Mosing Revocable Trust.

F2: The 1,100,462 shares reported are owned directly by the 2015 Mosing Family Delaware Trust f/b/o Keith Mosing, of which the reporting person is the investment advisor.
