29 gennaio 2021. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione in data odierna ha approvato il seguente calendario degli eventi societari:

Al fine di assicurare continuità e regolarità di informazione al mercato, ai sensi dell'art. 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti Consob, Exprivia intende continuare a pubblicare su base volontaria, anche nel corso dell'esercizio 2021, in assenza del vincolo STAR, le informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive oltre alle relazioni finanziarie annuale e semestrale, riferite al 31 marzo e al 30 settembre. In particolare, si procederà all'approvazione da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione e alla pubblicazione, entro 45 giorni dalla chiusura del primo e del terzo trimestre dell'esercizio, di resoconti intermedi di gestione redatti su base consolidata e caratterizzati da contenuti sostanzialmente analoghi a quelli finora adottati.
Eventuali variazioni alle date sopra riportate saranno comunicate tempestivamente.
Come già noto, il 31 marzo 2020 la controllata strategica dell'emittente, Italtel S.p.A., ha depositato domanda di concordato "in bianco" - cfr. comunicato dell'Emittente del 31 marzo 2020 - ai sensi e per gli effetti dell'art. 161, sesto comma, L.F.. L'Emittente, stante l'indisponibilità̀ di dati finanziari relativi alla controllata, ha rinviato l'approvazione della relazione finanziaria annuale 2019 - cfr. comunicato dell'Emittente del 18 maggio 2020. Exprivia, alla luce dei prossimi sviluppi, come comunicato lo scorso 1 gennaio 2021, informerà tempestivamente il mercato sui prossimi eventi
societari connessi all'approvazione del bilancio 2019 che dovranno precedere gli eventi indicati nel presente calendario.

January 29, 2021. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that today the Board of Directors has approved the following calendar of company events:

In order to ensure continuity and regularity of information to the market, pursuant to art. 82-ter of the Regolamento Emittenti Consob, Exprivia intends to continue to publish on a voluntary basis, also during the year 2021, in the absence of the STAR restriction, the periodic financial information in addition to the annual and half-yearly financial reports, referring to March 31 and September 30. In particular, the Board of Directors will approve and publish, within 45 days of the end of the first and third quarter of the year, interim management reports drawn up on a consolidated basis and characterized by substantially similar contents to those adopted so far.
Any changes to the above dates will be promptly communicated.
As already known, on the 31st March 2020 the strategic subsidiary of the issuer, Italtel S.p.A., filed an application for a "blank" arrangement - see Issuer's press release of the 31st March 2020 - pursuant to and by effect of art. 161, sixth paragraph of the bankruptcy law. The Issuer, given the unavailability of financial data relating to the subsidiary, has postponed the approval of the 2019 annual financial report - see Issuer's press release of the 18th May 2020. In light of upcoming developments, as announced on the 1 st January 2021, Exprivia will promptly inform the market about upcoming corporate events related to the approval of the 2019 financial statement that must precede the events indicated in this calendar.
