COMUNICATO STAMPA

VARIAZIONE DEL CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI 2021

8 aprile 2021 – Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] informa che il Consiglio di Amministrazione, riunitosi in data odierna, ha deliberato di posticipare la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2020 dal 14 aprile 2021 al 30 aprile 2021.

In considerazione dell'ammissione decisa dal Tribunale di Milano della proposta di concordato presentata da Italtel, come già comunicato al mercato il 17 marzo scorso, il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha, inoltre, deliberato che nella stessa data del 30 aprile sarà preliminarmente approvata la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2019.

Conseguentemente, il 30 aprile 2021 il Consiglio di Amministrazione delibererà la convocazione dell'Assemblea dei Soci per l'approvazione della Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2019 e della Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2020.

Restano invariate le date degli altri eventi societari del 2021, come da calendario pubblicato il 29 gennaio scorso.

Eventuali ulteriori variazioni saranno comunicate tempestivamente.

La presente comunicazione viene resa ai sensi dell'art. 2.6.2. n. 1 lett. b) del Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

CHANGE IN THE 2021 CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS

April 8, 2021. Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that the Board of Directors, which met today, has resolved to postpone the meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Annual Report as at 31 December 2020 from April 14th 2021 to April 30th 2021.

In consideration of the admission decided by the Court of Milan of the composition proposal presented by Italtel, as already communicated to the market on the last March 17th, the Board of Directors also resolved that the Annual Report as at 31 December 2019 will be preliminarily approved on the same date of April 30th .

Consequently, on April 30th 2021, the Board of Directors will resolve to call the Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Annual Report as at 31 December 2019 and of the Annual Report as at 31 December 2020.

The dates of the other corporate events of 2021 remain unchanged, as per the calendar published last January 29th .

Any further changes will be promptly communicated.
