DIFFERIMENTO AL 3 GIUGNO DEL DEPOSITO DELLE RELAZIONI FINANZIARIE ANNUALI 2019 E 2020
2 giugno 2021. Exprivia - società quotata al mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - comunica che, stante la sopraggiunta necessità di ulteriori approfondimenti, tenuto conto della festività odierna, considerato che l'Emittente ha acquisito la disponibilità del socio di maggioranza di tenere l'assemblea in seconda convocazione, chiamata per il giorno 24 giugno p.v., la documentazione di bilancio verrà depositata in data di domani, 3 giugno 2021.

Exprivia - a company listed on the MTA Market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that, given the need for further details, taking into account today's holiday, considering that the Issuer has acquired the availability of the majority shareholder to hold the meeting on second call, called for the next June 24, the Annual Financial Reports will be filed tomorrow, 3 June 2021.
