The contract has a value of about 5 million Euro and has a duration of more than 3 years.
May 15, 2017. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI], led by an international group capable of enabling digital transformation processes through solutions that involve the entire value chain – has signed the contract for the award of the European bid launched by Acquirente Unico SpA for the expansion, evolution and management of the Integrated Information System (IIS) technological platform.
Acquirente Unico is the company, public owned, that, through the Integrated Information System (IIS) developed by Exprivia in 2011, manages the information flows in the energy markets for more than 36 million electric supplies and 24 million gas users.
The Integrated Information System has the goal to support the competitiveness and to facilitate the data exchange among the energy operators in order to enable end-users (families and companies) to take full advantage of competitive opportunities in the liberalized market .
The activities foreseen by the contract are the development of the current infrastructure, through the provision of new hardware and software licenses, with related assistance and maintenance services. In particular, the project envisages the creation of two production environments with the creation of a double IIS Service Center for the Business Continuity. Exprivia will also manage the porting from the current production environment to new ones, ensuring system, network, and security management throughout the contract lifetime.
The contract has a value of about 5 million Euro and has a duration of more than 3 years.
