October,10 2016. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - by means previous communications to the market, in connection to the expression of interest for the acquisition of the control share quota, up to 100% of the share capital of Italtel SpA, announced to have signed an exclusivity period letter that, further shifted to October 10 2016, which should have been allow the company to make a due diligence and to submit a purchasing binding offer.
The company informs that today it has presented a new offer subject to certain residual checks and conditions, which also provides the simultaneous request to extend the exclusivity period up to November 30 2016, in order to complete the negotiations and the definition of binding agreements.
It will be communicated to the market of any additional significant events.
