26 giugno 2018. Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Exprivia S.p.A. -società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - in data odierna ha approvato, ai sensi degli articoli 2501-ter e 2505 del codice civile, il progetto di fusione per incorporazione in Exprivia S.p.a. di Exprivia Enterprise Consulting S.r.l., società controllata al 100%, operante nei mercati dell'Energia principalmente su piattaforma SAP e il progetto di fusione per incorporazione di Advanced Computer Systems A.C.S. S.r.l., anch'essa controllata al 100% e operante nel settore dello sviluppo di stazioni terrestri per la ricezione ed elaborazione dei dati satellitari e dei servizi di ingegneria, progettazione e integrazione di sistemi.

The Board of Directors of Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - today, pursuant to articles 2501-ter and 2505 of the Italian Civil Code, approved the merger plan by incorporation into Exprivia SpA of Exprivia Enterprise Consulting S.r.l., a company operating in the Energy market mainly on SAP platform, and of Advanced Computer Systems A.C.S. S.r.l., a company operating in the development of satellite earth stations for the reception and processing of satellite data and operating in the engineering, design and integration systems services, all of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries.
