29 giugno 2018. Exprivia S.p.A. - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - rende noto che in data odierna vengono resi pubblici il progetto di fusione per incorporazione in Exprivia S.p.A. della società controllata al 100% Exprivia Enterprise Consulting srl e il progetto di fusione per incorporazione in Exprivia S.p.A. della società controllata al 100% Advanced Computer System A.C.S. srl.
Ai sensi dell'art. 2501-septies del codice civile nonché dell'art. 70 del Regolamento Emittenti, i predetti progetti di fusione e relativi allegati sono a disposizione del pubblico presso le sedi di ciascuna delle società, sul sito internet (www.exprivia.it) nella sezione Operazioni sul Capitale (https://bit.ly/2KrL11c) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket STORAGE ().

Exprivia S.p.A. - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] announces that the plans for merger by incorporation into Exprivia Spa of the 100% controlled companies Exprivia Enterprise Consulting srl and Advanced Computer System ACS srl have been made public today.
Pursuant to art. 2501-septies of the Italian civil code as well as of the art. 70 of the Issuers' Regulations, the aforementioned merger plans and related attachments are available to the public at the offices of each of the companies, on the website (www.exprivia.it) in the Capital Transactions section (https://bit.ly/2tJoFh0) and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE ().
