1° ottobre 2018. Exprivia – società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – rende noto che il verbale delle deliberazioni del Consiglio di Amministrazione tenutosi l'11 Settembre 2018, con cui sono state adottate ai sensi di legge e di statuto le decisioni di fusione per incorporazione nella capogruppo delle società controllate al 100% EXPRIVIA ENTERPRISE CONSULTING SRL e ADVANCED COMPUTER SYSTEMS A.C.S. SRL, è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, sul sito internet della società (www.exprivia.it) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket STORAGE.

SRL, in accordance with the law requirements and with the company's Statuto Sociale, is available at the registered office, on the company's website www.exprivia.it and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE SDIR.
