AGGIORNAMENTO CIRCA LA PROCEDURA DI VENDITA DI ITALTEL SPA IN RELAZIONE ALL'INTERESSE ESPRESSO DA EXPRIVIA SPA

30 settembre 2016. Exprivia - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – con comunicazione al mercato del 1 agosto scorso, in relazione alla manifestazione di interesse per l'acquisizione della quota di controllo, fino al 100% del capitale di Italtel SpA, aveva reso noto di avere sottoscritto un periodo di esclusiva che prevedeva, entro il 30 settembre 2016, la predisposizione dell'offerta di acquisto vincolante soggetta al completamento delle attività̀di due diligence e agli ulteriori approfondimenti necessari.

La società informa che è stato concordato di spostare la suddetta data al prossimo 10 ottobre.

UPDATE ON SELLING PROCEDURE OF ITALTEL SPA BY IN CONNECTION TO THE INTEREST OF EXPRIVIA SPA

September, 30 2016. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - by means communication to the market dated 1st August 2016, in connection to the expression of interest for the acquisition of the control share quota, up to 100% of the share capital of Italtel SpA, announced to have signed an exclusivity period letter that, up to September 30 2016, which should have been allow the company to make a due diligence and to submit a purchasing binding offer.

The company informs that it has been agreed to shift the above date to the 10th October.
