UPDATE ON SELLING PROCEDURE OF ITALTEL SPA BY IN CONNECTION TO THE INTEREST OF EXPRIVIA SPA

December, 1 2016. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that, considering the progresses made in the negotiations, it was agreed with Italtel an additional period of exclusivity until the 31st December 2016.
