EXPRIVIA STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE ABROAD BY MEANS THE ACQUISITION OF 100% OF THE SHARES OF THE SPANISH COMPANY PROSAP SL

July, 7 2015. Exprivia - a company listed at the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - announces that it has acquired the full control of the Spanish company Sistemas de Professionales Applicaciones y Productos SL (Prosap SL), having acquired the remaining 48.88% of the shares, owned by Andrés Quintero Francisco del Barrio, shareholder and CEO of the Spanish group.

Prosap SL is a Spanish company based in Madrid and Las Palmas de Gran Canarias, which also operates in Latin and North America, since 2002, through subsidiaries in Mexico, Guatemala, Peru and from 2014 also in the USA, offering professional SAP services, system integration services and application management for important clients of medium and large.

At the end of 2014, consolidated revenue of the whole group Prosap recorded about 9 million, doubled from the first acquisition of Exprivia occurred in 2009.

The acquisition, which was completed today at a price of EUR 150,000 entirely paid in cash, is part of the international consolidation and expansion plan of Gruppo Exprivia and, specifically, in Latin America where in last June a new operating unit in Ecuador has been established.

"Now, having the full control of the our group in Spain and Latin American we can strengthen and expand our presence in an area that we believe shows growth opportunities in the business to levels not comparable with European countries".
