29 Dicembre 2017. Exprivia - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] -, facendo seguito al comunicato stampa diffuso in data 14 dicembre 2017, "perfezionamento dell'investimento di Exprivia in Italtel", informa che in data odierna ha esercitato la facoltà di incrementare il prestito obbligazionario denominato "Exprivia S.p.A. – 5,80% 2017-2023" ISIN IT0005316382 (il "Prestito") per un valore complessivo di Euro 6.000.000, mediante l'emissione di ulteriori 60 titoli, sottoscritti da Mediobanca SGR S.p.A., aventi le medesime caratteristiche dei titoli obbligazionari già emessi e soggetti alle previsioni del medesimo regolamento del Prestito.
Il valore nominale complessivo del Prestito risulta pertanto alla data odierna pari a Euro 23.000.000.
I titoli sono stati emessi nel sistema di gestione accentrata presso Monte Titoli S.p.A. e sono stati ammessi alla quotazione nel sistema multilaterale di negoziazione gestito da Borsa Italiana, mercato ExtraMot segmento PRO riservato ad investitori professionali. Arranger dell'operazione di emissione obbligazionaria è stato Banca Popolare di Bari; lo studio legale che ha seguito l'emissione del prestito obbligazionario è Orrick Italia.

December, 29 2017. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] -, following the press release issued on the 14th December 2017, "finalization of the investment of Exprivia in Italtel", informs that today it has exercised the right to increase the bond called "Exprivia S.p.A. - 5.80% 2017-2023 "ISIN IT0005316382 (the "Loan") for a total value of 6 million Euro through the issue of an additional 60 securities, subscribed by Mediobanca SGR S.p.A., with the same characteristics as the bond already issued and subject to the provisions of the same "Regolamento del Prestito".
The total nominal value of the bond is therefore as of today's date of Euro 23 million Euro.
The securities were issued in the centralized management system at Monte Titoli S.p.A. and they were admitted to listing on the centralized management system at Monte Titoli S.p.A. with listing at ExtraMot Pro, a market segment of Borsa Italiana, and it is reserved to qualified investors. The "Documento di Ammissione alla negoziazione" is available at the Company's website at www.exprivia.it, Investor Relations section.
Arranger of the bond issue has been Banca Popolare di Bari, while the law firm that followed the bond issue issued by Exprivia to finance the operation has been Orrick Italia.
