PROPOSTA PER INTEGRAZIONE DEL COLLEGIO SINDACALE

18 aprile 2019 – Exprivia – società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informa che, con riferimento al punto 7) all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea convocata per il 29 aprile 2019 con l'Avviso di convocazione pubblicato in data 29 marzo 2019, l'azionista Abaco Innovazione S.p.A. ha comunicato che proporrà all'Assemblea la nomina di Mauro Ferrante quale Sindaco Effettivo e di Andrea Delfino quale Sindaco Supplente per l'integrazione del Collegio Sindacale.

Le predette candidature sono risultate dotate dei requisiti di ammissibilità previsti dalla normativa e dallo Statuto sociale.

PROPOSAL FOR INTEGRATION OF THE BOARD OF AUDITORS

April 18th, 2019. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that, with reference to point 7) of the Shareholders' Meeting's agenda, called for 29 April 2019 with the notice of call published on 29 March 2019, the shareholder Abaco Innovazione SpA has announced that it will propose to the Shareholders' Meeting the appointment of Mauro Ferrante as Statutory Auditor and the appointment of Andrea Delfino as Alternate Auditor for the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors. The aforementioned candidacies are provided with the eligibility requirements required by the Statuto Sociale and by-laws.
