5 ottobre 2018. Exprivia – società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – comunica che in data odierna è deceduto il Sindaco Effettivo del Collegio Sindacale di Exprivia S.p.A., dott. Gaetano Samarelli.
Ai sensi delle disposizioni di legge e statutarie, il dott. Mauro Ferrante, nominato Sindaco Supplente dall'Assemblea del 27 aprile 2017, assume la carica di Sindaco Effettivo di Exprivia.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, appresa la triste notizia, partecipa con profondo cordoglio al dolore della famiglia per la grave perdita.

October 5, 2018. Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that today the Statutory Auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Exprivia S.p.A., Dr. Gaetano Samarelli, has died.
In compliance with the Articles of Association and legal requirements, Dr. Mauro Ferrante, appointed as Substitute Legal Auditor by the Shareholders' Meeting of 27 April 2017, assumes the office of Statutory Auditor of Exprivia.
