The omitted transaction was the acquisition of 462 shares by Mr. Schlenker in April, 1999 under the issuer's employee stock purchase plan, which was previously reported on Form 4 in May, 1999. In May, 2006, the issuer's stock was split 2:1, and accordingly the corrected total for filings subsequent to that date is adjusted by 924 shares.
