This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended, the Company has fixed Thursday, August 14, 2025 as the Cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Members to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the ensuing 27[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

Further, reference to our letter number SEC/SE/023/25-26 dated June 27, 2025 filed with Stock Exchanges, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, August 14, 2025 to Thursday, August 21, 2025 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of 27[th] Annual General Meeting.
