Expert.ai: new company name effective from today
Modena, May 11, 2021
Please note that today, the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of April 29, 2021 to modify the company name from "Expert System S.p.A." to "Expert.ai S.p.A." was registered in the Business Register of Trento.
"Expert.ai S.p.A.", the new company name is therefore effective from today.
Please also note that, following the new company name, the Company requested to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the change of the ticker from the current "EXSY" to the new ticker "EXAI".
The minutes of the Shareholders' Meeting and the new Bylaws will be made available to the public according to the terms and timing provided by the current applicable Law.
