Expert.ai: Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held on second call on May 28, 2025

Expert.ai S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Expert.ai"), a leader in deploying enterprise AI solutions to drive business value, announces that the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, scheduled on first call for today, May 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM, did not take place due to the lack of a quorum. Therefore, as indicated in the notice of meeting available on the Company's website www.expert.ai (Investor Relations/Corporate Documents and Meetings) and on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Shares/Documents section), the second call is scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM, at Palazzo Giureconsulti, Piazza Mercanti 2, 20121 Milan, in accordance with the procedures outlined in the same notice.
