Expert.ai: the consolidated revenues and EBITDA targets for 2025 as set out in the 2025–2026 Strategic Plan have been confirmed

The Board of Directors of Expert.ai S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Expert.ai"), a leader in the implementation of enterprise artificial intelligence solutions to create business value, met today under the chairmanship of Dario Pardi and examined some unaudited preliminary consolidated data for the 2025 financial year.

Consolidated revenues remained in the range between Euro 37 million and Euro 43 million, in line with provisions of the 2025-2026 Strategic Plan communicated on March 28, 2025, compared to approximately Euro 27.3 million as of December 31, 2024. This performance is mainly attributable to the combination of organic growth and external growth with the contribution of ISED S.r.l. acquired in July 2025, as well as the progress of the Villanova project.

EBITDA remains in the range between Euro 6 million and Euro 10 million, in line with the provisions of the 2025-2026 Strategic Plan communicated on March 28, 2025, compared to approximately Euro 3.4 million as of December 31, 2024. Maintaining a positive EBITDA for the second financial year following the entry of the new management and achieving the target demonstrate the validity of the strategies adopted and progress towards structural profitability, consistent with sustainable growth of the Group.

The sharp increase in revenue and EBITDA, fueled by the acquisition of ISED S.r.l. and the progress of the Villanova project, reflect a solid path towards sustainable growth. Considering the operating performance of the current financial year and the growing visibility on the activities relating to the core business, we believe that the evolution of revenues could be oriented towards the upper end of the communicated range, without prejudice to the full maintenance of the reference range. Another important step was the launch of the EidenAI Suite, a suite of complete, ready-to-use AI solutions tailored for vertical markets, which represents a key element for the Group's future. These results give us confidence, confirming that we are on the right path".

The above financial results are of an operational nature and have not yet been audited. For a complete and comprehensive assessment of the financial results of Expert.ai and the Group as of December 31, 2025, they will be published by March 31, 2026, following approval of the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements by the Company's Board of Directors. The calendar of corporate events for the 2026 financial year will be published, in accordance with the EGM Issuers' Regulation pursuant to Article 17, by January 30, 2026.
