Expert.ai: Graziano Boni Appointed General Manager of Subsidiary ISED

Modena, November 11, 2025

Expert.ai, a leader in the implementation of enterprise artificial intelligence solutions to create business value, today announced the appointment of Graziano Boni as General Manager of its subsidiary I.S.E.D. S.p.A. Founded in Rome more than 50 years ago, ISED is a software company specialized in the design, development and management of missioncritical public information systems and healthcare digitalization.

With more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Public Administration, Graziano Boni brings extensive experience leading technological innovation and digital transformation initiatives across government agencies and major organizations. After working at Consip on numerous strategic ICT tenders, he joined Expert.ai as VP, Public Sector from 2021 to 2024, where he led key public sector initiatives and contributed to the development of AI solutions supporting the digitalization of Public Administration. Most recently, he was Commercial Director at Parsec 3.26. In addition to his executive roles, he regularly collaborates with multiple universities as a lecturer in undergraduate and advanced training programs focused on AI and public sector digital transformation.

This appointment supports the Group's strategic business objectives, strengthening Expert.ai's presence within the public administration sector at both the local (PAL) and central (PAC) levels, particularly in citizen services, healthcare and defense. In his new role, Graziano Boni will report directly to ISED CEO Guido Lucarelli. His primary goals include accelerating business development, integrating ISED and Expert.ai public sector solutions, enhancing organizational and commercial synergies between the two organizations, and consolidating the company's presence in national and regional framework agreements.
