The Board of Directors of expert.ai, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, leader in artificial intelligence (AI) for language understanding, met today and resolved to appoint the members of the Management Control Committee, preliminarily, verified the existence of the independence requirements and of the additional legal requirements for the members themselves. The Management Control Committee is made up of the following Independent Directors:
- Andrea Gabola;
- Stefano Pedrini;
- Cecilia Garattini.
