ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
SHARES ISSUED UNDER INSTITUTIONAL COMPONENT OF ENTITELMENT OFFER
Experience Co Limited (" EXP " or " the Company ") confirms that 77,102,361 fully paid ordinary shares (" New Shares ") have been issued today pursuant to the institutional component of the fully underwritten 3 for 17 accelerated non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer (" Entitlement Offer ") at a price of $0.74 per New Share, as announced to the ASX on Monday, 4 December 2017.
As announced on Wednesday, 6 December 2017, the successful completion of the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer raised approximately $57,055,747 (before costs) for the Company.
The Retail Offer Booklet which relates to the retail component of the Entitlement Offer was mailed to Eligible Retail Shareholders (as that term is defined in that booklet), together with a personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form, on Monday, 11 December 2017.
