Listings Advisor Company Announcements Office ASX Limited Level 6, 20 Bridge Street Sydney NSW 2000

Dear Sir/Madam

Appendix 3Y

Following the lifting of the trading halt including the updated earnings guidance and other matters disclosed on 13 February 2019, having taken cognisance of the fact that the information disclosed fully updated and informed the market and that the Director was not in possession of any non-public price sensitive information, the fact that the trade took place during a closed trading period as provided in the Company’s Securities Trading Policy was overlooked. Upon realisation, the Director took immediate action to remedy the position and divested of the shares the next day. The attached Appendix 3Y reflects the trades. The total shareholding of the Director is unchanged.

Yours sincerely

Fiona van Wyk Company Secretary
