ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
RESULTS OF RETAIL COMPONENT OF ENTITLEMENT OFFER
Experience Co Limited ( SKB or "the Company" ) herby confirms it received applications for 5,255,901 Fully Paid Ordinary (FPO) shares at a price of $0.74 per share for $3,889,366 under the Retail Offer component of the fully underwritten 3 for 17 pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable Entitlement offer (" Entitlement Offer ") as announced on 11 December 2017.
When added to the 77,102,361 shares issued on 13 December 2017 under the Institutional Offer component, the company will have raised a total of $60,945,113 (before costs) through the issue of 82,358,261 shares under the Entitlement Offer, as set out in the ASX Appendix 3B Quotation Application lodged on 4 December 2017
The Company now has a total of 555,811,840 FPO shares on issue, of which 555,811,840 are quoted on ASX, with 6,756,757 FPO shares held under escrow until 15 December 2018.
Defined terms have the same meaning as set out in the Retail Offer Booklet.
