TRADING HALT

The securities of Skydive the Beach Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 20 June 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Skydive the Beach Group Limited (ASX:SKB) requests that a trading halt in its ordinary shares be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange from the commencement of trading on Thursday 16[th] June 2016.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, we advise that:

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by SKB in relation to an acquisition and an institutional placement;

• (b) SKB wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of the time that SKB makes an announcement to the market concerning the outcome of the institutional placement and the commencement of trading on Monday 20[th] June 2016;

• (c) SKB is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
