ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
RESULTS OF RETAIL COMPONENT OF ENTITLEMENT OFFER
Skydive the Beach Group Limited ( SKB or "the Company" ) herby confirms it received applications for 1,238,932 Fully Paid Ordinary (FPO) shares at a price of $0.52 per share for $644,244 under the Retail Offer component of the fully underwritten 2 for 21 pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable Entitlement offer (" Entitlement Offer ") as announced on 28 September 2016.
The Retail Offer was oversubscribed, and as a result of pro-rata scale backs, there was no shortfall under the Retail Offer.
When added to the 36,504,054 shares issued on 6 October 2016 under the Institutional Offer component, the company will have raised a total of $19,626,353 (before costs) through the issue of 37,742,986 shares under the Entitlement Offer, as set out in the ASX Appendix 3B Quotation Application lodged on 28 September 2016.
The Company now has a total of 434,044,336 FPO shares on issue, of which 240,674,636 are quoted on ASX and 193,369,700 are held under voluntary restriction.
