STATEMENT OF ESCROWED SECURITIES
Skydive the Beach Group Limited ACN 167 320 470 (" Company ") confirms that certain securities of the Company shall be subject to voluntary escrow as follows:
Shares
193,369,700 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company issued to related parties of the Company will be escrowed for a period of 24 months from the date of official quotation on ASX of securities of the Company.
Options
10,300,000 options over ordinary shares in the capital of the Company having an exercise price of $0.25 (exercisable in 3 tranches on each of 9 February 2016, 9 February 2017 and 9 February 2018) and expiring on 9 February 2025 issued to related parties of the Company will be escrowed for a period of 24 months from the date of official quotation on ASX of securities of the Company.
