CONFIRMATION OF NUMBER OF SECURITIES ON ISSUE

This Announcement corrects an error in the Appendix 3B that was lodged earlier today.

That Appendix incorrectly stated in Item 8 that the number of quoted securities on issue is 296,729,700.

The Directors confirm that the total number of quoted securities on issue for Skydive the Beach Group Limited (ASX:SKB) is 293,729,700 .
