CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Experience Co Limited ( ASX:EXP ), wishes to advise that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Fiona van Wyk has resigned from the role of Company Secretary with immediate effect. The Board acknowledges and thanks Fiona for her service and contribution to the Company over the last few years.
EXP is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Licciardo of Mertons Corporate Services as Company Secretary with effect from 26 April 2021.

Managing Director and founder of Mertons Corporate Services B BUS (ACC), GRADDIP CSP, FCIS, FGIA, FAICD
Mark has extensive experience working with boards of high profile ASX-listed companies guiding and implementing effective corporate governance practices.
He is also an ASX-experienced director and chair of public and private companies, with expertise in the listed investment, infrastructure, bio-technology and digital sectors. He currently serves as a director on a number of ASX listed boards as well as a number of foreign controlled and private companies.
During his executive career, Mark held roles in banking and finance, funds management, investment and infrastructure development businesses, including being the Company Secretary for both Transurban Group and Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited. He is a former Chair of the Governance Institute of Australia, Melbourne Fringe Festival and the Academy of Design
For the purposes of ASX listing rule 12.6, EXP wishes to confirm that Mark Licciardo is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX. The changes are effective immediately.
