CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Experience Co Limited ( ASX:EXP ), advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Fiona van Wyk will rejoin the Company as Company Secretary, with immediate effect, in place of Mark Licciardo of Mertons Corporate Services who has stepped down as Company Secretary effective 8 November 2021.
The Board acknowledges and thanks Mark for his service to the Company during his tenure.
Fiona has over 25 years’ company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate compliance experience including 15 years as Company Secretary of ASX listed companies.
Prior to that, Fiona worked for KPMG in South Africa, where she headed the Company Secretarial Division of the firm. Fiona also worked in a consultancy role providing advice to both private and public listed companies.
Fiona is a Chartered Secretary and holds a Diploma in Corporate Law from the University of Johannesburg. Fiona is a Fellow member of Governance Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
For the purposes of ASX listing rule 12.6, EXP wishes to confirm that Fiona van Wyk is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
