APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Experience Co Limited (“EXP”, “Experience Co” or “the Company”) (ASX: EXP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Cathie ( Neil) and Michelle Cox ( Michelle ) as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company. Neil joins the Board immediately and will also join the Audit & Risk Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Michelle will join the Board in January 2020.

Background - Neil

Neil is an experienced company director. He commenced his career in Chartered Accounting following which he joined Australia’s largest and most successful plumbing and bathroom retailer, Reece Ltd. During his 27 years at Reece Ltd he held senior positions in finance and governance including as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and General Manager of Finance & IT.

Neil is currently Non-Executive Chairman of ASX listed Coventry Group Ltd. He is also a director and advisor to a number of private companies.

Neil is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA).

Background - Michelle

Michelle will join Experience Co with over 25 years multi-national experience in marketing, travel and tourism. During her career, Michelle has been responsible for implementing cultural change and strategic direction while improving bottom line and business performance. Michelle has demonstrated expertise in global brand alignment and brand repositioning achieving business objectives and ROI.

Michelle held senior executive roles at Bastion Collective, STA Travel and APT Group of Companies. She also held Non-Executive roles, amongst others, with Australian Tourism Export Council (NT Chair), Central Australian Tourism Industry Association (Deputy Chair) and the NT Business Women’s Consultative Council Advisory Board. Michelle is currently a Board Member of Tourism Tasmania, The Linchpin Company and a number of private companies.

Michelle is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
