RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Experience Co Limited (“Experience Co” or “the Company”) (ASX: EXP) announces that NonExecutive Director, John Diddams has advised the Board that he will be resigning as a Director of the Company at the end of December 2019, to pursue other opportunities.

John has been a Non-executive Director of the Company since prior to, and was integrally involved in, the IPO and listing of the Company on the ASX in March 2015. John served, as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee during that time and from April to October 2018 as Chair of the Board.

Anthony Boucaut said “John was instrumental in the successful listing of the Company on the ASX in 2015 and especially during the initial stages of navigating through the requirements of being and transitioning to an ASX listed Company. I thank him for his commitment, support and guidance during that time and for the great working relationship we have had over the years. I wish him well for the future.”

Chairman Bob East extended his thanks to John for his service and contribution to the Company and the Board over the years and wished him well for the future. He added “I am confident that the recently appointed Non-Executive Directors and new Management team places the business in a good position to deliver on its key strategies moving forward”.

John added, “I have enjoyed my time at Experience Co, and am proud of my role in taking what was a private company called “Skydive the Beach” to a diversified ASX listed company, but after 5 years it’s time to move on and refresh the Board with new and different skills for the next stage of its development. I wish the Board and company well for the future”.
