EXPERIENCE CO LIMITED (ACN 167 320 470) (Company/Group) (ASX: EXP) COMPANY SECRETARY
The Company is pleased to advise that Fiona van Wyk has been appointed Company Secretary of the Group with immediate effect. In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6, Fiona will be responsible for communications with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters. Fiona has over 20 years’ experience as a Company Secretary most recently as Group Company Secretary of the Mantra Group from 2007 until May 2018. During her tenure Fiona was integral to Mantra’s ASX listing in 2014. Fiona is a Member of, the Governance Institute of Australia and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John Diddams and Anthony Ritter resign as Joint Company Secretaries with immediate effect, which will enable them to devote more time to their other respective roles in the Company.
The Board expressed thanks to John and Anthony for their efforts and contribution in performing the role of Joint Company Secretaries for the past few years.
On behalf of the Board, Acting Chair John Diddams said “We are pleased to welcome Fiona as Company Secretary, who brings extensive experience and expertise to the Company".
