RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
The Directors advise that they have accepted the resignation of Phillip Turner as CFO, with immediate effect.
The Company has already commenced a search for a suitably qualified and experienced CFO and would expect that an appointment of a new CFO will be concluded and announced within the next few months.
Meanwhile, additional external financial resources have been engaged to support the Company’s existing finance team until a new CFO is on board. These combined resources should ensure the ongoing management of the financial requirements of the business and assist in the timely implementation of identified scheduled improvements in financial systems and procedures in the business.
