APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Directors of Experience Co Limited (“Experience Co” or “the Company”) (ASX: EXP) are pleased to announce the appointment of Owen Kemp as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Owen will join Experience Co in February 2019.

Owen has 18 years’ experience in the accounting and finance sector, most recently in CFO roles, following over 13 years with Ernst & Young’s corporate finance practice in Sydney and London.

Prior to joining Experience Co, Owen was CFO of Gateway Lifestyle Ltd, (ASX: GTY), an ASX200 listed company which was recently acquired by Hometown America. Owen played a key role in the transaction process and will exit GTY following the delisting from the ASX in November 2018.

As GTY CFO, Owen was responsible for the finance, investor relations and IT functions. A key focus of his tenure at GTY was re-designing the finance function and implementing systems and processes to deliver improved financial transparency to stakeholders.

Owen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from University of Canberra. Owen is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.

CEO, Anthony Ritter said, “We are delighted to welcome Owen to the Experience Co team who brings extensive corporate finance expertise, relevant ASX listed company experience and leadership to the Group.”

Anthony Ritter thanked the interim CFO and the broader finance team for their efforts and commitment in ensuring the ongoing management of the financial requirements of the business since September 2018. The interim CFO will continue in a role with Owen to ensure continuity within the finance team and compliance with ASX reporting requirements for 1H19.
