ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr Finch has notified the Board that he will resign from the Board effective 31 January 2016.
In his resignation letter addressed to the Chairman, Dr Finch mentioned that his other business commitments have expanded to the point where he can no longer devote sufficient time to the role.
The Chairman, Bill Beerworth, said:
“The Board accepts Nigel’s resignation with regret, thanks him for his valuable service, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.”
The company will commence a search at once for a suitable replacement.
