2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Experience Co Limited ( ASX: EXP ) (‘ Experience Co’ ), one of Australia’s leading adventure tourism operators, advises that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM) will be held on Tuesday 26 November 2024 at 11.30 am (AEDT).

Further details regarding the AGM will be included in the Notice of Meeting to be released on the ASX company announcements platform and provided to Shareholders during October 2024.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of EXP is 11.30 am (AEDT) on 8 October 2024.
