ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE
Experience Co Limited ( ASX : EXP ) advises that its 2020 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Wednesday 28 October 2020 commencing at 11am (AEDT).
The AGM will be held by virtual means with full details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to market and sent to shareholders in late September 2020.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date and time for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of EXP is 11am (AEDT) on 9 September 2020.
