Ladies and Gentlemen –

Thank you for attending Skydive’s 2015 Annual General Meeting.

We do appreciate your support.

The Skydive journey this year has been both remarkable and exhilarating:

• transformation from a private group to a listed company

• $25m heavily over-subscribed Initial Public Offering in March

• $11.7m acquisition of Australian Skydive Group giving Skydive 16 drop zones around Australia, primarily at the key East Coast tourist sites

• near attainment of Skydive’s Prospectus forecasts

• declaration as promised of Skydive’s maiden dividend of $0.01 per share

• $15.5m acquisition of NZone Skydive, New Zealand’s foremost tandem skydiving firm based in Queenstown

• $19.6m rights issue to acquire NZone Skydive and 2 aircraft

• 18 drop zones in Australia and New Zealand

• continued focus on our operational, acquisition and diversification goals

I have observed Skydive’s Executive Directors closely since January.

They are very impressive operators. They have a special chemistry; they make quick and sensible decisions; and they implement them with resolve and passion.

We have also been fully supported in our journey by very dedicated professionals at RSM, Bird & Bird and Veritas.

Above all, we are most grateful to our shareholders for their strong support.

The foundations are in place for a highly successful FY2016.
